Annmarie Fairweather, a highly experienced Human Resources leader, brings thirty years of experience on the table. She's worked with leaders from all industries, helping them improve their business, in particular in times of high expansion. She was a key thinker in translating the enterprise's objectives and strategic plans into business strategies and the engagement of employees. She believes that education is the primary aspect of the leadership process. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and mentored individuals who have achieved success and results. Her experience has helped develop cultures that promote learning innovation and positive change for individuals as well as teams. Annmarie was motivated to give her talents and time to assist Learning Ally's cause. When she has time off, she also provides support for a variety of non-profit organisations. They include participating as a member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women become leaders, and providing leadership training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional member association located in North America with the specific mission to provide training networking and advocacy specifically for healthcare hospitality houses and helping to support Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national committed to ending addiction in the United States in educating communities to support those who are affected by the illness of addiction.
